REFUND & RETURN

We will give you a refund if you are unsatisfied with the items within 30 days upon receiving your items. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Email customer service at service@ensechic.com and include your: Order number & Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary.

Please return unused garments within 30 days upon receiving your items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs which are nonrefundable.

REFUND:

Claims for damages or faulty items or other situations in which you are unsatisfied with your purchase must be reported within 30 days upon receiving the items to ensure proper credit. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email your claim of refunds to service@ensechic.com and our customer service department will take care of you. If your refunds are approved, then they will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
